Add On's for Google Docs and Google Sheets

A feature of Google Docs and Google Sheet is Add-ons. These are new tools created by developer partners that give you even more features in your documents.

This new functionality will make using selected Google apps more user friendly and may remove the need to screen shot an image and then paste it into your document.

  1. Open a Google Doc or Google Sheet
  2. Click on “Add-ons” in the toolbar:
  3. Select “Get add-ons” from the drop down box which appears.
  4. Search among all the Add-ons which appear and select and install your chosen
    Add-on. The Add-on will appear as a list in the Add-on drop down box as seen
    above.
