Synergetic does not use the College Password system utilized by most other systems, to access Synergetic for the first time follow these steps
- Double click on the "Synergetic Password Reset" icon
or you can use the following link https://portal.shc.sa.edu.au/synergetic_users/ - This will open a webpage asking you to confirm that you want to reset your password, you may be asked to login using your College username and password
- After proceeding you will get an email with your temporary Synergetic password
- Open Synergetic
and login with your normal username and temporary password - When logging in you will be asked to change your Synergetic password
