Accessing Synergetic for the first time

Synergetic does not use the College Password system utilized by most other systems, to access Synergetic for the first time follow these steps

1. Double click on the "Synergetic Password Reset" icon or you can use the following link https://portal.shc.sa.edu.au/synergetic_users/
2. This will open a webpage asking you to confirm that you want to reset your password, you may be asked to login using your College username and password
3. After proceeding you will get an email with your temporary Synergetic password
4. Open Synergetic and login with your normal username and temporary password
5. When logging in you will be asked to change your Synergetic password
